Ronnie has been a director of 2IP since its inception in 2014. Prior to this Ronnie has worked within the investments industry for the last 25 years within a variety of investment banking, investment management and fund due diligence related roles. He began his career at BOE Bank in 1996 (which subsequently became Nedbank) as a fixed income and derivatives trader before joining PSG Investment Bank in 1999 in a similar role.
In 2003 Ronnie joined Symmetry Multi-Manager where he was responsible for the manager research and due diligence, primarily focusing on fixed income managers. In 2006 he joined SMMI where he was a Senior Portfolio Manager of both retail and institutional funds. In 2011 he joined Novare Investments as the Head of Multi-Management where he also served on the Exco. Ronnie holds a B.Tech Business Administration as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning. He also completed the Certificate in Mathematical Modelling of Derivatives through UNISA.
